How to Track Your Meters at Ready 2 Row in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Tracking your meters at group rowing classes is a fantastic way to monitor your progress and stay motivated. At Ready 2 Row, Tulsa's exclusive indoor rowing studio, we make it easy for you to keep track of every stroke. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it using the Concept2 Logbook and ErgData app.

How to track meters

Step-by-Step Guide to Tracking Meters

Step 1: Create Your Concept2 Logbook Account

Start by heading over to the Concept2 Logbook and setting up an account. This will serve as your personal record keeper for all your rowing stats.

Step 2: Set Up Your Profile

Once your account is up and running, click on User Profile at the top right corner. Navigate to Edit Profile and then click on Affiliation on the left side of the screen. In the drop-down box, type "Ready 2 Row" to join our community.

Step 3: Download the ErgData App

For seamless tracking, download the ErgData app from the App Store. This app will sync with your Concept2 Logbook account to automatically log your workouts.

Step 4: Sign In on ErgData

Use your Logbook username and password to sign in to ErgData. This will ensure all your rowing data syncs properly.

Step 5: Connect at the Studio

When you're ready for your session at Ready 2 Row, open the ErgData app. Tap Workout at the bottom of the homepage.

Step 6: Connect to the Performance Monitor

In the app, select Connect to a Performance Monitor (PM5) at the top of the screen. On the Concept2 monitor, press Menu to turn it on, then press Connect (third button on the right).

Step 7: Verify and Connect

Ensure that the 9-digit code on the app matches the code displayed on the monitor. Tap to connect in the app.

Step 8: Start Your Workout

Once connected, tap Back in the top left corner and choose your workout or opt for Just Row.

Step 9: Save Your Stats

After completing your rowing session, tap the three lines in the top left corner of your phone. Select Save and … and choose from the options available (e.g., Save and Start New Workout, Save and View Logbook Results). Any choice will ensure your stats are saved to your Logbook.

Manually Adding Meters

If your Logbook wasn't initially synced to Row House, you can manually add meters. Locate your total meters from past workouts via emails from your last RH class. Then, go to History in your Logbook and select View/Add Catchup Meters to update your records.
